Parkly App
About
Parkly is a concept app for fast and convenient city parking. I designed it from scratch, from user research to the final prototype, creating a simple, intuitive, and enjoyable parking experience.
Problem
Research showed that many parking apps have outdated interfaces, cluttered navigation, and require too many steps to start parking. It was also often unclear where parking spaces were available, how much they cost, and how to pay or view parking history.
Making city parking simple and stress-free
Parkly is a mobile application concept that helps drivers quickly find available parking, start a parking session, pay for parking, and manage fines in one place.
The project was designed to simplify the parking experience by reducing the number of actions required during everyday city travel.
One application for the entire parking journey
Parkly combines the complete parking experience into a single mobile application. Users can locate nearby parking zones, start and stop parking sessions, pay directly within the app, view parking history, manage payment methods, and monitor parking fines without leaving the application.
The interface was designed around speed and simplicity, ensuring that the most common actions require only a few taps.
Design Process
The project began by mapping the complete user flow, followed by organizing the application's information architecture. After defining the navigation structure, I created wireframes to validate screen hierarchy before moving into the final visual design.
The final interface focuses on clarity, accessibility, and minimizing the number of steps needed to complete everyday parking tasks.
Final Outcome
The result is a clean and intuitive parking application concept that allows users to search for parking, manage payments, review parking history, and control their account from a single interface.
By combining navigation, payments, and parking management into one experience, Parkly reduces unnecessary complexity and makes city parking faster and more convenient.
